How to determine the level of solar panels

1. Look at the surface of tempered glass

In order to pursue production speed, small manufacturers often inadvertently drop silica gel on the surface of tempered glass,

 and the surface is equipped with silica gel panels to reduce power generation efficiency.

2. Watch the welding of solar cells

Some small manufacturers weld damaged batteries to save costs. This type of battery assembly carries great risks.

 If the battery is not properly spliced, it will be disconnected again in the future, affecting the use of the entire battery board. 

Large manufacturers adopt a series welding method for battery chips, with a regular welding arrangement.

3. Look at the back

Check the quality of the pressure on the back to see if there are any irregular phenomena such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc. after pressing.

4. Look at the border

Small manufacturers use manual framing. Due to the uneven force of manual framing each time, the finished frame does not come into close contact, 

so it cannot form a qualified rectangle.

5. Take a look at silicone

Check if the silicone is evenly distributed around the back and tightly penetrates into the gaps between the back panel and the frame.

6. Check the junction box

Can the cover of the junction box be tightly attached to the junction box; Can the outlet lock rotate freely and tighten.
