Rust prevention methods for water pumps

1. Regularly check the mechanical sealing condition of submersible pumps (like sealing rings, refueling screws, sealing boxes), 

and promptly repair or replace worn and poorly sealed components.

-Tighten any loose parts promptly

-Replace with new parts in a timely manner if the seal is not secure to ensure safe use.

2. To prevent corrosion of submersible pumps, if the surface of the pump is damaged or peeled off, 

the rust should be promptly removed and protected by applying anti rust paint.

3. Regularly check the condition of the bearings of the submersible pump to see 

if they are worn, lacking oil, running inner or outer rings, and whether they need to be replaced.

4. Submersible pumps generally undergo a comprehensive inspection and maintenance every two years of use.

-The sound emitted by mechanical operation can be used to preliminarily check whether the various components of the submersible pump are normal.

-Check the impeller for wear or cavitation

-Is the shaft rusted, deformed, or worn

-Check if the fastening screws inside and outside the motor are loose

-Is there any sediment or blockage around the pump port and surroundings
