How to deal with water leakage of deep well pumps?

The deep well submersible pump is prone to water leakage, mainly due to the long-term aging and wear of the sealing equipment. 

Generally, the seal is replaced with a new one.

Today we will briefly introduce several methods:

1、 The rubber seal ring of the oil hole of the deep well submersible pump is damaged. 

In general, the staff adjusts the mechanical seal of the submersible pump and carries out static 

test treatment after installation. The static test treatment is mainly to help the staff observe 

whether the submersible pump is leaking and judge the problem area of the submersible 

pump according to the size of the leakage.

-If the leakage of the submersible pump is small, it is usually a problem of the sealing ring

such as the dynamic ring sealing ring and the static ring sealing ring.

-If the leakage of the submersible pump is too large, there is a corresponding problem between the 

friction pairs. The staff can observe the leakage, and also conduct in-depth observation according to the 

leakage location, and analyze the leakage cause in detail.

-If the manual turning is used, when the staff performs the manual turning, the leakage change is not obvious

it can be directly determined as a problem of the sealing ring, otherwise it can be judged that the dynamic. 

The static ring friction causes the leakage of the submersible pump.Cut the tape out a hole slightly larger than the bolt

add a flat gasket, and cover it in the bolt oil inlet hole together.

2、 The sealing ring between the seal box of the deep well submersible pump and the cast iron is inelastic. 

Take out the seal ring from the cast iron groove, find a paper shell with a thickness of 6-1mm, cut it into the same size 

put it into the groove, and then put the seal ring.

3、 If the first seal ring of the deep well submersible pump is seriously worn, take out the nylon seal ring

coat it with butter asbestos rope, wrap it on the stainless steel sleeve, fill it slightly higher than the original nylon seat

fill it with butter, and then compact the nylon seat with bolts.
