Product introduction

    Features 

• The special single-piece or double-blade hour wheel structure is adopted, which greatly improves the passing capacity of living things, it can effectively pass through fibrous materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles whose diameter is about 50% of the pump port.

• The mechanical seal adopts new hard and corrosion-resistant soft tungsten material, which can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

• The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is remarkable, and the maintenance is convenient. There is no need to build a pump room, and it can work after being poured into the water, which greatly reduces the project cost.

• An anti-jamming water leakage detection sensor is installed in the sealed oil chamber of the pump, and a thermal sensor is pre-buried in the stator winding to automatically protect the pump motor.

• According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet, which can automatically protect the pump from water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overtemperature, etc., which improves the safety and reliability of the product.

• The WQ series can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system according to user needs, which brings greater convenience to installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this.

• It can be used within the full head without overloading the motor.

• There are two different installation methods, fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.

    Application

     Chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction sites etc. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.

    Operating Conditions 

• The medium temperature does not exceed 60°C; the medium weight is 1~1.3kg/dm3.

• For pumps without internal self-flow circulation cooling system, the motor part should not exceed 1/3 of the liquid surface.

• The use range of cast iron material is PH4~10.

• Stainless steel sewage pumps are mainly used for general corrosive media.

• The altitude of the operating environment should not exceed 1000 meters. If it exceeds, it should be mentioned when ordering, so as to provide you with more reliable products.
