QY series submersible pumps are widely used in farmland drainage and irrigation, water lifting in sprinkler irrigation wells, water supply and drainage systems in industrial and civil buildings, as well as water diversion in hills and mountainous areas, drainage in low-lying areas, water supply and drainage for urban and rural industrial and mining enterprises, and various water conservancy facilities. Its characteristics are that the motor and water pump are assembled into one, with simple structure, easy installation and disassembly, small footprint, simple use and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, and no pollution of water sources.

Structure and Composition

The QY oil-filled submersible electric pump (submersible pump for short) is an electric drainage and irrigation equipment that integrates a water pump and a three-phase asynchronous motor. The stainless steel submersible pump has reliable waterproof sealing performance, is small in size, light in weight, does not require a pump room, does not need to be filled with water, and is easy to use, maintain and manage.

Conditions of Use

• The working medium is non-corrosive clean water, the volume ratio of sand content in the medium does not exceed 0.10%, and the particle size does not exceed 0.20mm.
  

• The medium temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the PH value of the medium is between 6.5-8.5.
  

• The submersible electric pump should be used within the range of use near the rated lift. And it should be completely immersed in water. The diving depth should not exceed 3m, and the maximum depth should not exceed 5m.
  

• The submersible electric pump should be more than 0.5m away from the bottom of the water, but it must not fall into the mud. Otherwise, it may cause an explosion.
  

• The power frequency is three-phase 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value.
