Always use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the stainless steel submersible pump, and take timely maintenance measures when the insulation resistance decreases, so that the motor will not burn out.
3. Water enters after the cable is damaged. Always check the insulation resistance of the stainless steel submersible pump.
4. The impeller is stuck. When the impeller is stuck and cannot rotate, the current will increase more than the rated value. After a long time, the stator winding of the stainless steel submersible pump will burn out soon.
5. The two ends of the stator winding touch the shell, and the winding breaks down to the ground.
6. The stainless steel submersible pump "starts" and "stops" too frequently.
7. The dehydration operation time of the stainless steel submersible pump is too long. The dehydration operation time of the stainless steel submersible pump can only be about 1 minute. Over time, the temperature of the electric pump will rise due to poor heat dissipation.
8. Work without phase. When the phase is lacking, the stainless steel submersible pump is generally in a braking state, and the current is much larger than the rated value. At this time, the temperature of the stainless steel submersible pump windings rises. After a long time, the stator windings will be burned out.

If a leakage protector is installed, as long as the leakage value of the submersible pump exceeds the operating current value of the leakage protector, the leakage protector will cut off the power supply of the submersible pump. The voltage and current requirements of the stainless steel submersible pump are very high. If it is lower than the rated voltage by 10%, higher than the rated voltage by more than 10%, or the current is greater than 20% of the rated current of the submersible pump, it needs to be shut down immediately to avoid damage to the equipment.
