SJ/QJP stainless steel multi-stage deep well submersible pump is a high-performance wear-resistant electric pump produced by introducing pump manufacturing technology. The power part is equipped with a water-immersed stainless steel submersible motor produced by the current advanced technology. It does not pollute the water quality and is the best deep well pump at home and abroad.

Product features:

1. The stainless steel deep well pump is centrifugal or mixed flow; it adopts water-lubricated bearings; and the connection with the motor adopts a coupling rigid connection. The pump impeller rotates under the drive of the motor to generate centrifugal force, which increases the energy of the liquid and pumps water through the diversion effect of the pump casing. A check valve body is installed at the upper end of the water pump to prevent the working parts from being damaged by the backflow of water in the water lifting pipe when the electric pump stops. There is a drain hole on the valve to slowly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter. (Note: Low-lift submersible pumps do not have a check valve body)

2. The stainless steel deep well pump motor is a closed water-filled wet structure. The motor stator winding uses water-resistant polyethylene insulation and nylon sheath multi-layer structure electromagnetic wire. The guide bearing and thrust bearing are both made of water-lubricated material. The motor is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. A pressure regulating membrane is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the clean water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. A sand prevention mechanism is installed on the upper shaft of the motor to prevent mud and sand in the water from entering the body of the deep well pump.

3. Pipeline part: used to connect the multi-stage pump to be hoisted in the well and transport water to the ground. It is mainly composed of short water pipes, water pipes, elbows, clamps and other parts of the electric pump. The short output pipe is the connecting transition part between the water pipe and the multi-stage pump. The elbow is installed at the wellhead to change the direction of water flow. The clamp is used to hoist and fix the output pipe during the installation of the chemical pump.

Conditions of use:

1. Power supply requirements for stainless steel deep well pumps:

(1) The rated frequency of the centrifugal pump is 50 Hz, and the rated voltage at the motor end should be guaranteed to be 380+5% volts three-phase AC power supply (if the user voltage is 660 volts, special orders are required).

(2) The load power of the transformer should not exceed 75% of its capacity.

(3) When the transformer is far away from the well, the voltage drop of the transmission line should be considered. For motors with a power greater than 45KW, the distance from the transformer to the wellhead is required to be no more than 20 meters. When it is greater than 20 meters, the transmission line specification is required to be two levels larger than the distribution cable specification, and the line voltage drop should be considered.

2. Water quality requirements:

(1) Generally non-corrosive clean water.

(2) The sand content in the water is not more than 0.01% (mass ratio).

(3) The pH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5.

(4) The chloride ion content in the water is not more than 400 mg/L.

(5) The hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg/L.

(6) The water temperature is not higher than 20℃.

3. Wellbore requirements: straight, smooth, without bulges or well pipe misalignment, and the well inner diameter is not less than the corresponding machine frame number.
