Although there are many types of submersible pumps that can discharge water in both forward and reverse directions, the water output will be small when the reverse is reversed, and the current will increase, and sometimes even damage the motor windings.

3. When installing the submersible pump, the cable should be overhead, and the power cord should not be too long. Do not put force on the cable when the unit is launched into the water, so as not to cause the power cord to break.

4. Do not sink the submersible pump into the mud, otherwise it will cause poor heat dissipation. 5. When starting the machine, try to avoid starting it when the voltage is too low. If the voltage is too low, the speed will drop, if it cannot reach 70% of the rated speed At this time, the starting centrifugal switch will be closed, causing the starting winding to be energized for a long time to generate heat and even burn out the winding and capacitor.

6. Do not switch the motor on and off frequently. This is because backflow will occur when the electric pump stops. If it is turned on immediately, the motor load will start, resulting in excessive starting current and burning of the winding.

7. If the voltage is too high, it cannot be turned on, otherwise it will cause the motor to overheat and burn out the motor windings.

8. Do not let the water pump overload for a long time, do not pump water with high sand content, and the dehydration operation time of the electric pump should not be too long, so as not to overheat the motor and burn it.

Operation

   When the unit is in operation, the operator always observes whether the working voltage and current are within the values specified on the nameplate. If they do not meet the requirements, the motor should be stopped to find out the cause and eliminate the fault. Check the motor more often. If you find cracks in the lower cover, damage or failure of the rubber sealing ring, etc., you should replace or repair it in time to prevent water from penetrating into the machine. the

   During operation, the change of water level in the well should be observed frequently. The motor must not be exposed to the water surface or sink into the mud, so as not to affect the heat dissipation of the motor and burn out the winding. The electric pump should be raised and lowered at any time with the change of the water level in the well. If the water volume decreases or is interrupted, the cause should be found out immediately or stopped for inspection.

   After one year of use, check the rust of the pump and paint it. If the submersible pump is not used for a long time, it should be carefully checked and stored in a dry and ventilated house.
