The difference between oil filling pump and water filling submersible pump
1. Oil-filled submersible motors and oil-filled submersible pumps
The motor has an oil-filled sealed structure, and the inner cavity is filled with insulating lubricating oil. The shaft extension end is equipped with a mechanical seal, which can not only prevent external water and moisture from entering the inner cavity of the motor, but also prevent the insulating lubricating oil in the machine from leaking out. Some motors (such as oil-filled submersible motors for wells) are equipped with a pressure maintaining device at the bottom, which can keep the oil pressure in the motor cavity greater than the external water pressure and prevent water from outside the motor from entering the inside of the motor. The oil-filled submersible motor and pump are combined into one to become an oil-filled submersible pump.
The products currently produced mainly include oil-filled submersible three-phase asynchronous motors, well-used submersible single-phase asynchronous motors, QY oil-filled submersible electric pumps, and stainless steel 304, 316 vertical deep well pumps.
2. Water-filled submersible motors and water-filled submersible electric pumps
The inner cavity of the motor is filled with clean water or anti-rust lubricant (anti-rust and corrosion inhibitor). The shaft extension end is equipped with a rubber oil seal or mechanical seal to prevent sediment and impurities in the water from entering the inner cavity of the motor. The lower part of the water-filled motor is equipped with a thermal expansion adjustment device. The water-filled submersible motor and pump are combined into a water-filled submersible electric pump. The products currently produced mainly include deep well pump series and YQS series water-filled submersible motors for wells, high-pressure water-filled submersible motors, and QS water-filled submersible pumps.
