Product Overview :

The small stainless steel submersible pump consists of four parts: 

base, pump head, motor and casing. 

The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor; the submersible pump is located at the bottom of the electric pump and is a centrifugal impeller and volute structure; a double-end mechanical seal is used between the water pump and the motor, and an "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used as a static seal at each fixed stop.

The shaft of the QDX sanitary submersible pump is hard chrome plated, which effectively improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and is also conducive to the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.

• The QDX stainless steel water pump is made of stainless steel precision casting as a whole, which is corrosion-resistant, environmentally friendly, beautiful in appearance, small in size and durable.

• The submersible pump adopts fluororubber double-end mechanical seal and fluororubber radial O-ring seal, which effectively seals and protects liquids in harsh environments.

• The motor adopts F-class insulation and is equipped with a thermal protection device, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.

• Anti-corrosion cables, PTFE mechanical seals, and parts for high-temperature liquids can be customized according to special customer requirements.

• The stainless steel closed stamping and welding impeller is adopted, which greatly improves the head.

• The electric pump is submerged underwater to a depth of no more than 5m.

  
  

• The temperature of the conveying medium does not exceed 60.

  
  

• The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10).

  
  

• The diameter of the solid particles contained in the conveying medium is not more than 0.2mm, and the volume does not exceed 0.1.
