  1. Inspection before use


(1) Check whether there are cracks in the casing of the submersible pump. If there are cracks, it cannot be used.

(2) Check whether the seals on the air vent, water drain, oil drain hole and cable joint of the submersible pump are loose. If they are loose, they must be tightened.

(3) It is best not to have joints in the cables of the submersible pump. If there are joints, they should be wrapped up. The entire cable should not be damaged or broken. Otherwise, the cable should be replaced with a new one. In addition, the cable must be

Overhead, do not make it too long. Too long will cause unnecessary power loss and the water pump cannot reach the expected current, resulting in abnormal power, lift, flow, and even possible burnout.

(4) Before starting up, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the power supply lines and switches, and power on the ground and idle for 3 to 5 seconds. If the machine operates normally, put it into water and put it into use. Do not idle for too long, otherwise the motor or seals may be easily burned. When pumping water in the pool, attention should be paid to the drop of the water level to prevent the power supply from being exposed to the water.


2. Matters needing attention during use


(1) Different types of submersible pumps should be used according to the specified lift, and the inner diameter of the steel pipe, rubber pipe or sail pipe used should meet the technical requirements.

(2) Do not bend the water outlet pipe as much as possible. Find and repair the rupture of the water pipe in time to reduce power loss. A rough estimate of one meter of head loss for a right angle.

(3) When the submersible pump is put into the water or lifted out of the water, the rope on the earring must be pulled, and the cable must not be pulled, otherwise the cable will be damaged.

(4) Submersible pumps cannot pump sewage or water with a large sand content. This should be noted especially for submersible pumps that use mechanical seals.

(5) The diving depth of a submersible pump is generally 0.5~3m, and the maximum lowering depth cannot exceed 5 meters. Beyond this distance, the water pressure will cause damage to the seal of the submersible pump, which may easily cause water to enter the pump, and it should be lifted vertically. , cannot lie down, let alone fall into the mud.

(6) The power supply of the submersible pump should be selected according to regulations. The distance between the power supply and the water pump should not be too far. The voltage should be within ±10% of the normal value. Try to avoid starting the machine when the power supply voltage is too high or too low. If the voltage is too high, it will cause It will cause the motor to overheat and burn out the winding; if the voltage is too low, the motor speed will drop, which will cause the starting winding to heat up for a long time and even burn out the winding and capacitor.

(7) The submersible pump should not be "started" and "stopped" too frequently. It should be started again after an interval of 3 to 5 minutes after stopping. Because the current passing through the motor when starting is very large, if it is started frequently, heat will accumulate in the motor and the temperature will rise. Affects the insulation performance of the winding and may cause the winding to burn out.
