4SP 6SP stainless steel deep well pump usage and troubleshooting
No water or irregular water discharge:
1. The dynamic water level is lower than the pump suction port - add a water pipe. If there is still no water discharge and the pump exceeds the lift range, it is recommended to replace the pump.
2. The water pipe is leaking seriously or the water pipe is disconnected - replace the water pipe or install the water pipe separately.
3. The rotor and shaft are loose - replace the rotor.
4. Part of the impeller is loose - reassemble the impeller.
5. The motor is reversed - replace the power connector.
6. The pipeline is blocked - remove the blockage.
The pump flow rate is reduced:
1. The sealing ring is severely worn - replace the sealing ring.
2. The impeller flow channel of the filter screen guide shell is blocked - remove the blockage.
3. The voltage and frequency are low - stop and wait for the voltage value to reach the specified value before starting again.
4. The dynamic water level drops beyond the rated lift of the pump - replace the high lift pump.
The unit vibrates violently or the current is too large, and the pointer swings:
1. The pump shaft or motor shaft is bent-repair or replace the pump shaft or motor shaft.
2. The wear between the pump shaft, motor shaft and bearing is too large-replace the bearing.
3. The thrust bearing is worn or damaged-replace the thrust bearing.
4. The thrust plate fastening nut is damaged-install the nut or repair the shaft head.
5. The thrust plate is broken-replace the thrust plate.
6. The motor rotor is swept-find the cause and repair it.
7. The impeller rotor is unbalanced or the rotor is broken-do dynamic balancing and replace the rotor.
8. The connecting bolts are loose-install the bolts.
9. The water pump has a low head and a large flow rate and the motor is overloaded-add a gate valve to control the flow rate and run at the working point.
10. The water pump does not have enough water inflow and discharges water intermittently-add a gate valve to control the water output.
The motor cannot start and there is a buzzing sound:
1. Phase failure (line or starting equipment)-repair the line or starting equipment.
2. Voltage is too low - adjust the voltage.
3. Bearing is stuck - fix the bearing.
4. There is rust between the impeller and the seal - pry the water pump to rotate or remove the water pump and reinstall it.
5. There is a foreign object in the pump and the Case impeller cannot rotate - remove the foreign object.
